Brooke Freeburg is the Senior Director of Talent Operations at Hub Recruiting, the RPO division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. As the Senior Director of Talent Operations at Hub, she has played an instrumental role in shaping the company's growth since its early days.
Before joining Hub, Brooke attended Providence College, where she was a standout student and an active Women's Basketball and Track & Field team member. She demonstrated her leadership abilities off the court as well, serving on the Student-Athlete Advisory Board and making a positive impact on the student-athlete community. Brooke holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, which has provided her with a strong foundation for her professional endeavors.
With a solid background in retail management spanning seven years, Brooke brings a unique perspective to her role in talent operations. Her experience in the retail industry has honed her skills in client and recruiter relationship management, recruiting operations, and hiring strategy. She leverages this expertise to attract and retain top talent, driving organizational success through effective talent acquisition and management.
Outside of her professional life, Brooke passionately advocates continuous learning and development. She has a strong passion for coaching, having spent eight years as a collegiate basketball coach. This experience has allowed her to develop exceptional leadership and mentorship skills and deepened her understanding of teamwork, perseverance, and achieving collective goals.
In her personal life, Brooke enjoys playing and watching sports of all kinds, showcasing her unwavering enthusiasm for athletics. Additionally, she finds joy in reading, cooking, and exploring local breweries. Brooke currently resides in Massachusetts with her partner and their beloved dog.
