Desiree Goldey is the Director, Talent Operations & Culture for Hub Recruiting, a division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. Since joining Hub, Desiree has worked on the firm's recruiter and leadership side. She attended Georgetown University, where she studied International Business/Marketing before starting her career.
Before joining Hub Recruiting, Desiree worked in various roles, including roles in marketing, sales, hospitality, go-to-market, and agency recruiting. Her role at Hub and her other passions have allowed her to engage leaders, employees, job seekers, and candidates by appearing on numerous podcasts through her speaking engagements and publications.
Desiree's passion for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is at the core of her professional journey. Recognizing the immense value that diverse perspectives bring to organizations, Desiree has spearheaded DEIB initiatives that have transformed workplace cultures and promoted equitable employment opportunities.
Desiree lives in Austin, TX, with her wife and two dogs after growing up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and moving around the country for many years. Desiree works with many volunteer organizations, focusing mainly on pay equity and homelessness. Her hobbies include any daredevil type of activity, writing, and cooking.
