Joe Cote is a Managing Director at Hub Recruiting, a division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. Joe started as a talent acquisition specialist for several Boston tech startups, including AppNeta and Mendix. He quickly rose the ranks to Principal at Hub Recruiting and took on a new endeavor: scaling the company. As a Managing Director at Hub over the last five years, Joe has brought on 75+ new logos, including Airbnb, Mastercard, Toast, Affirm, and Policygenius. His specialty is building large RPO recruiting teams for growing companies.
Joe graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a double major in Marketing/Creative Writing. At SNHU, he was also employed as a writing/English tutor.
Joe has always called New England home and now resides in New Hampshire with his wife and three dogs. He has a passion for fitness, heavy metal music, and anything related to outdoor activities (motorsports, hiking, and snowboarding being at the top of the list). Real estate investing is also a hobby and a passion. On the weekend, you will often find him and his wife at a local brewery or trying a new restaurant in the area.
