Kelly O’Rourke is the Payroll and People Specialist for Hub Recruiting, a division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. Although she majored in Accounting at Fitchburg State University and has been in that role for many years, she has discovered that she also enjoys the function of handling payroll and the people that come along with that role.
In addition to managing payroll for Hub, Kelly also assists the ZRG team with accounting transactions related to the monthly close cycle. She would say she “has the best of both worlds” in her dual role.
Kelly is passionate about teamwork, accountability, and process documentation in the workplace. Outside of work, you can find her enjoying the peaceful tranquility of her backyard, finding a great new restaurant to dine at, and laughing with her husband, even after 38 years.
Kelly lives in Lunenburg, MA, with her husband and three Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. They have raised four children and enjoy watching them thrive independently.
