Matt Corbett is the CEO and co-founder of Hub Recruiting, the RPO division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. Matt has over 30 years of experience in talent acquisition across technology consulting, executive search, and RPO.
Matt started Hub Recruiting in 2014 after being part of Google’s internal leadership search team and ten years in executive search. Matt’s vision for Hub was driven by a belief in the need for a more flexible, transparent, customizable, and boutique tech-enabled RPO solution. ZRG acquired Hub Recruiting on November 30th, 2022.
Matt’s personal passions in business include DEIB and technology. Matt recognizes and champions the immense value that diverse experiences and perspectives can bring to any organization, business, and industry. Matt also frequently advocates for the transformative and positive impact that technology can have on human lives when used responsibly and ethically.
Matt now lives in Boston, MA, with his wife, two daughters, and an ever-expanding collection of animals through his wife’s life-long commitment to animal rescue. Non-work commitments include mentoring with The Honor Foundation and Hack.Diversity
