Morgan Andreas is the Sales Enablement Manager for Hub Recruiting, a division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. Morgan is operational by nature. Her career began in the sports industry, where she developed a ‘whatever-it-takes' attitude and became hyper-curious about what makes the show successful and how a good culture is established and maintained. Since then, her passion has developed into exploring business processes, increasing efficiencies, and reporting and analytics.
Over the last decade, she's worked cross-functionally, both on the forefront of businesses, selling products and services, and working on talent acquisition, as well as on the back end managing data of multiple companies.
When she's not at work, she enjoys cheering for the Phillies (or Rockies - living in Denver!) and the Colorado Avalanche, snowboarding, mountain biking, or exploring the outdoors with her pup, Wrangler!
