Tom Pimm is the Co-Founder, CFO, and COO of Hub Recruiting, the RPO division of the global talent advisory firm ZRG Partners, LLC. His passion is helping navigate the “small company journey.” Tom is a natural leader, has a mastery of finance and operations, and applies a coaching philosophy to managing Hub’s day-to-day business operations.
Before joining Hub, Tom was the CEO & CFO for multiple Boston based labor centric agencies and started his career at TJ Maxx / Marshalls managing their corporate development and M&A
teams.
A graduate of The University of Rochester, and Northeastern University’s Business School, Tom enjoys competitive golf and a good conspiracy debate.
